    How it works

Input your industry, organization type, location and a job role or competency type, and let our AI prompt engineering do the rest. Review the suggestions, select those you prefer,  request more suggestions,  or move on to detailed definitions for the ones you selected.

Your preferred suggestions are saved in your own competency library where you can add measurement methods, other attributes and edit the suggestions.

If you wish save the suggestions to a job specific or other type of competency profile

    How effective is it?

    How accurate is AI

The use of Generative AI always comes with caveats.

    • The suggestions come from training material that has been scraped from the Internet.  Therefore suggested competencies for new and leading edge technologies may be less reliable, along with those for very specific niche activities.
    • AI can make incorrect suggestions due to flaws in its algorithms

On the other hand competency information is widespread on the internet so in most cases the suggestions are accurate and helpful

    Validation process

Whether competency models are drafted by people or people assisted by AI there should be a validation process.

For technical and clinical competencies use Subject Matter Experts.   You can provide them access to their particular competency area in the library. They can then add, update or remove competency components using their expertise – knowledge of their field and  of operational protocols and equipment in your organization.

For Core and Leadership Competencies distributing the competency profile for review and comment is best practice.

With a continuously changing environment competencies evolve over time and with feedback after assessment rounds. Your library is designed to facilitate  updates
